I definitely recommend New American Funding for your loan request. I refinanced my home and needless to say that I am glad I selected them and had a great experience with them. From very first call till the loan closing, Pouyan Narani worked very closely with me. His responses were timely and accurate. He took time to answer questions whenever I had them. Most importantly, he worked with me as well as Sekani Hamilton (who was also awesome) to have any and all issues resolved in timely manner. Great people to work with. We recently refinanced our home with New American Funding and worked with loan officer Andrew Duong. I found Andrew through a Google search at the start of the process. I am glad I did. He was politely persistent and listened to our needs. I shopped around with several lenders but went with New American largely because of Andrew. He worked hard to find the loan that was best suited to us and the process was all done online through New American's website. This made it very easy and fast. This was my first mortgage so I had lots of questions. Isak Was and still is available whenever I need something. All I have to do is shoot him a quick text and he's available to help with whatever I need. Very responsive and very helpful! He was also able to help me save literally thousands of dollars compared to another mortgage company I had already gotten a quote form.
