One word: TANYA. She has been nothing but amazing, which is an understatement. She is beyond knowledgeable, Tentative, and amazing at what she does. This was the only company that would help me This was the only company that would even consider me for a refinance because my credit score wasn’t the best. I went to many other companies who made all kinds of promises, but couldn’t deliver. The closing costs were a little higher, but the benefits way exceeded the costs. I think you have to find the best lender for your situation, and in my case, they truly came through when no one else would. I was losing hope before I found this company and I can’t thank you enough!!
