I didn't finish doing my loan with them yet. But the first officer I had Mallory Depuy was a great officer she was very communicative and made sure she let us know everything that was going on. They had to give us a different officer because of the needs we needed. I haven't finished my loan because I had some issues that happened with my credit and I am figuring that out right now. But I do recommend them for sure.

New American Funding made my recent experience of refinancing my home the easiest process I have ever done when applying for or refinancing a mortgage.
