I am taking this moment to say thank you to Anthony Ciccati for making our refinance an easy experience. He was amazing from beginning to end. I was concerned that we were doing this completely online but I researched him and he was very transparent from the get go so it made my decision making effortless. He was easy to get in touch with even though I am in Florida and he is in California. He was also very kind and courteous which is a trait that is rare today. I had dealt with other Mortgage professionals before finding New American Funding through a friend's recommendation. The difference I found with Tom, Cathy, and Mondi was significant in knowledge, problem solving and customer attention. Other companies spent a lot of telling me how much they knew about there product, whereas Tom, Cathy and Mondi just demonstrated that through their guidance and decision making while going through the loan process.
