I called five different Companies that deal in Reverse Mortgages. John Briggs was the best. He stood out right away as the most knowledgeable, understandable and easy to talk with. He became my friend over the phone. He explained the process and the pros and cons to me in an efficient manner. I felt very comfortable talking with him. He was always available when I had questions. The process went smoothly and was funded on schedule. I recommend him toanyone wanting to discuss a Reverse Mortgage process.

I just finished refinancing my loan again using the same company New American Funding. My experience was better and easier this time since I had worked with a very good Sales Manager that I had the first time. The process was flawless. I would suggest this company and ask for Christine. Believe me you’ll find a good deal and a person that cares!

Ronika was the absolute best to work with. Shopping around with other lenders I was left uneducated most of the time and didn’t have what felt like an honest connection. This review is specifically for Shane Roddy, who provided the best customer service between 4 different lenders I worked with. He was thorough, detail-oriented and very patient each step of the way. He demonstrated integrity and compassion by giving me advice as a close friend would, regardless of his own interests. Ultimately, I went with another lender purely based on numbers. In terms of customer experience, Shane was far and away the best lender I worked with - I would recommend him to my closest friends and family.
