Jeff was very thorough and patient with explaining the mortgage process. Jeff accommodated my personal work schedule and made me feel like I was his only client. In addition he gave me his personal contact information so I can contact him whenever I had any questions during the process. I never had any doubt as to where I was in the mortgage process and kept me informed though the entire process. Finally everything he said he would do, he did. In a timely and efficient manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone that's interested in buying a home.

We were purchasing our first home, and was referred to Jeff by our realtor. From the start, Jeff was very helpful in guiding us through the process. He provided us accurate, unbiased guidance, and we felt that we were in good hands the whole time. We're very happy with the mortgage package we ended up with. He was very expedient as well- we closed on time, and it even looked like we would close early!
