I found New American Funding on line and took my time to interview them as well as a few other companies. I spoke with several loan officers and all the companies and weighed my options and selected New American Funding as the loan officer was very clear, accurate and provided me with all the disclosures that I could review on line. Throughout the process they communicated with me every step of the way by providing email updates as well as calling to let me know. When I did call or sent an email they always responded. They made this a very pleasant transaction and they held true to everything that they said.

I was U/W early and able to close fast. They were communicative the whole time and fast to respond to my questions and needs. I work in Fresno but they were able to help secure the house in Visalia that I was looking for. Definitely would recommend.
