Jeff was great throughout the entire process. As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of concerns and Jeff always took the time to explain and answer any questions I had. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained the process while updating me at every stage. Jeff also went out his way to make sure everything was ready when it was time for final closing. For a first time home buyer Jeff and his team made it a very easy and stress free for us to get into our future home. I am a "Just get it done" kind of person and working with Jeff gave me that in spades. Nothing was ever not communicated, completed or fully explained. It was easy to provide the info requested with your online system. If he was frustrated with my daily contacts he never showed it.
