She is wonderful. This is the 2nd deal we have done together. She was the super hero thank was able to save the deal when the other lender could not come through. Almost the entire process was very positive. Starting with Jill, all the way through to the funding of the loan, everyone was very helpful, and upbeat. The only problem we experienced was with the appraisal. The appraiser brought in an estimated value of the home more than $100,000.00 lower than everything we were expecting. This is such a massive discrepancy that it completely changed the expected loan amounts. I would have accepted a small difference from the value we expected to bring, but the $100,000.00 difference was really hard to accept. With the experience of the appraiser thrown out of the discussion, I was pleased with the help and assistance I recieved. The reverse mortgage was a process that I initiated, and began searching for information. Jill contacted me, and we were able to begin the loan process.
