I had a favorable experience. For great customer service, I recommend Adam Ramirez, he has wonderful customer service skills by returning phones calls, but usually he answers his phone, and Adam answers questions and explains the process if you seem confused as I did. Overall I received my refi and it went quickly and smoothly. Thanks to Adam.
