I struggled to find a loan consultant who would sit down with me and have that initial conversation about a mortgage. I went to my bank repeatedly, I called around, I emailed and no one would even schedule a meeting- this continued for months & i was getting discouraged about my ability to purchase a home. One night I promised myself I'd I didn't hear back from someone about a loan with the next batch of emails I would just resign myself to renting. Kristen replied to my email within the hour. She scheduled a meeting and then gave me really wonderful advice on how to navigate my credit, what to expect with a loan, where I could start refining the process of buying a home. Kristen took the time to with meet a single mother, and then she enabled me to feel confident in my ability to purchase and she inspired me to keep trying, even when I struggled to find a home that suited my needs. Without Kristen's support I would be renting indefinitely. She really took the time to help me, to answer my questions, to encourage me, and to explain everything throughout the process in a way that's unique in the industry (at least from my experience). I had a great experience and that is only because Kristen puts her clients first at every step.
