From start to finish. Noah and the team at New American Funding were spot on. Communication is key with me. They called when they said they would. Whenever I had questions they had answers. Closing was the day they said it would be! I had such a positive experience we even refinanced our rental property through them! Highly recommended!!

This is my second home purchase with NAF and working directly with Heather Enochs and her team. Heather always goes above and beyond whether it’s the weekends, late in the evening, or if an issue arises to answer your questions promptly and make you feel comfortable. Kaitlyn takes time to provide explanations and is thorough and clear and strives to be available. However, what stands out about Kaitlyn is how she was knowledgeable about mortgage products and looked out for our interests, not just her own. For example, when we were looking at one type of home equity product, she said she could provide it, but encouraged another that would save us more money and work out in our best interest in the long term even if we went with our current bank. This engendered trust and made us want to work with her now or in the future. I felt she truly wanted to provide a product that would be best for us. This will provide more business in the long run, and is refreshing in a world where people want to serve only their own interests.
