Well , I Had Little Hope that they would even gave me the time of Day , knowing my Credit Union turned me away , from the time i made a appointment with Carmen Meraz , She Never gave me a Negative Feeling, It was Always Positive, Carman Always kept me Updated on the Status on how things were going , I wish I knew about NewAmerican Funding Long ago , as a friend had told me to go and make appointment , I Felt vary Comfortable talking with Carmen , I was waiting for her to say Sorry theres Nothing we can Do , She Never said it , Carmens Goal was to get me Approved , Lots of Hard Work on her part , I made sure she ask for Documents , she would get them ASAP , Also I work with Her Assistant Lupe , he was vary Professional in his work , Lots of People were involved in the Approval there were ups and downs , but the downs were Corrected , I want to Thank Everyone that was Involved in Making this Happen , Lots of Hard Work was put in It , as For Carman , Your One of a Kind , You never did Quit ,on me , You Made it Happen , " Escrow Is Now Closed " Carman You Did it , THANK YOU

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer than Robby . Robby was exceptional from start to finish. From our very first conversation, he provided clear insight into the process without ever being overbearing. He was patient, communicative, and extremely respectful of my timeline. I had attempted this process before and gave up because of constant pressure and nonstop calls, but Robby was the complete opposite. Originally, I told him I wasn’t planning to move forward until September, he didn’t disappear or try to rush me. He stayed in touch, gave me space, and supported me at my pace. And when things shifted and we moved forward earlier, he handled everything with patience and professionalism. His processing team also deserves major recognition. They were outstanding in working with the seller, securing amendments, and handling critical items quickly and accurately. They communicated clearly, sent extension amendments automatically when needed, and made the entire experience smooth. I never had to chase anything down. As a first-time homebuyer with limited knowledge, I expected this to be overwhelming but it wasn’t. I’m still in disbelief at how seamless the process was. I am a Home Owner ??! Robby tailored everything to my situation, guided me through major decisions and changes, and made sure I never missed important deadlines.
