I am a real estate agent in the state of Missouri. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kent Le. I had a client that was a first time buyer. Kent was assigned to assist in securing a home loan for my client and guide her through the complex process of accessing the funds necessary for purchasing her first home. I worked with Kent from the beginning of the pre approval to the day of closing. There was never a time of day that I could not communicate with him. He was responsive from every text to every phone call. Not only was he helpful to my client but he also helped me. He was always there to answer any questions I had and inform me of any paperwork or actions that needed to be taken in order to keep the loan process going. He truly went above and beyond to help the buyer acquire a loan. Kent is at the top of the list when it comes to having someone that is prompt, communicative and capable. As the closing became more complex due to excessive seller concessions, the deal could have easily fallen apart. Thankfully, Stacey stepped in immediately working with her team, the attorney and client to keep the transaction moving forward.
