The refinance was a easy process and very little time was spent on my end with any part of the loan, I was very pleased with "Marti" she did a exceptional job of keeping me informed about the progress of my loan. The staff at New American Funding was easy to work with and the loan closed quickly, something to remember if your using them that most of the communications are done by email which for me made the process more flexible. I have used other institutions in the past both online and conventional banking and this group of staff members were honest about the process and as I refer to people they weren't story tellers they just got the job done as a customer would expect.

I purchased my first "'new" home with American Funding. My loan officer was Tiffanie Phillips. Let me start first by saying that Tiffanie is an exceptional loan officer. Her skills with communication, hard work and a can-do attitude are much needed in the mortgage industry. She exudes an inner confidence that left even "me" surprised. New American Funding completed our RefinanceMortgage package very smoothly and efficiently. We tried 2 other companies but they failed at getting our refinancing completed. The Loan Officers, Joseph Villa and Haleigh Preziosi worked diligently in getting our loan closed quickly. They both always returned phone called and made everything so easy to understand.
