My refinance was a difficult and stressful process but Sam Key and others on the NAF team were wonderful to work with. They quickly answered all of my many emails and literally walked me through every step of the process. I would recommend this team to anyone needing to refinance a mortgage, especially for a mobile home.

I had the opportunity to speak to several different loan officers with other companies, but was most impressed with the openness and honesty of Travis Erickson who led me through the entire process, answering any and all questions promptly without hesitation. I was able buy my first house through New American funding. I was new to all these things but it was made clear to me what I needed to do and what information to give. I also did a refinance through New American Funding as well. The process also went smoothly. Would recommend.
