We were referred to Jason Jones at NAF by a good friend of ours and Jason didn't disappoint! He is knowledgeable, attentive to details and we truly felt like he was "on our side." Since we didn't use a realtor, And this was our first home purchase, Jason was quick to answer any questions we had and kept us informed along the way. We were also asked for documentation several times from our loan processor and a few days before closing, we were asked for documentation that would have taken 5 business days to provide. When I brought this to Jason's attention, he was quick to get involved and resolve the matter within hours. For first time home buyers, the last days were frustrating as underwriters requested documentation (that they already had) but Jason kept it all running smoothly.

This is the second loan that I have done with Emil. When we decided to Refinance, there was no question as to who I was going to call.
