Ethan made the experience GREAT, actually the GREATEST it could possibly be. He was initially so respectful and treated me with integrity as he got me familiar with all of the different options educating me along the way so I could make a good decision and be comfortable with it - and I had a lot of detailed questions. His team - Maureen was also incredibly proactive and responsive during processing/closing/funding and everything was so FAST. Very impressive, thank you Ethan and Maureen.

The staff was extremely helpful, they catered to our needs, they were very informative. When I hit a road block on getting specific documents they helped me tracked down the personnel responsible for providing the forms I needed in order to finalize the loan. They explained every question I had in regards to the loan. The overall process went smooth which made it easy with my busy schedule.

Carlos Contreras, the mortgage broker I worked with at New American Funding and his team, made my refi a truly successful process. The courtesy and customer service were excellent, as were the terms of the deal, which were the most competitive by a long shot. No hard sell, lots of patience for questions, and the results were exactly the same as the estimates. No surprises. I highly recommend Mr. Contreras and New American Funding!

I would recommend Robert Martin. He was very helpful during the process. I am the first home buyer and he made this process for me easy, was always available when I have questions. He always was finding solutions when I have trouble with something. Had pretty great experience with them, if I can give more the five stars, I would.
