I would recommend New American Funding to all of my family, friends, first and second time homebuyers and anyone who just might have questions. Jason and his team were amazing! They took care of me from beginning to end especially Debbie Jorgenson. I couldn't have gotten through this process without her! She was always available no matter what time of day or night and was always willing to answer my questions. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Cliff and Kimberly both did an absolutely phenomenal job on our home refi. It took a lot of work on both of their parts to help consolidate some of our debt and give us piece of mind after being hit hard by covid. Other lenders we tried before New American Funding (US Bank and Freedom Mortgage) did nothing but basically ignore us after being ill advised by both and eventually turned down due to their lack of knowledge and had no intent on helping a possible customer. Thank you New American Lending and again phenomenal job Cliff and Kimberly.

Having very recently completed the mortgage process with New American Funding, I must commend the team there for their prompt, thorough, and courteous service. They moved swiftly to gather, process and adjudicate the myrad documents necessary to make the loan. The law firm that conducted our closing said that New American is one of the best and most responsive lending institutions that they have dealt with. Our loan Proffesional was Stacey Urner in Poulsbo WA. She is amazing! Stacey's communication is fantastic, her problem solving skills are phenomenal and she told us what to expect next along the way. We initially contacted Stacey regarding a Oregon home loan, but we pivoted to Washington instead and Stacey was able to help in either state!! Do yourself a favor and contact Stacey Urner!
