You can't get better than Jimmy. He is knowledgeable, empathic but also supportive and caring throughout the process. I would recommend to all. Everyone should have a "Jimmy" in their corner to navigate the mortgage process.

Initial part with Mark was great. He was very thorough with explaining the details of the mortgage loan procesess and what to expect. It was easy to speak to him. However, towards the loan closing part, I felt the opposite. There was lack of communication that needs to improve. Even my realtor felt the same way. We had to follow-up multiple times as we were very tight in the deadline. I understand that we didn't meet the deadline due to unavoidable circumstances. However, if the level of communication was consistent throughout the process, it would have been an awesome experience. Being a first-time home buyer, I didn't know anything. I relied on everyone's expertise, Therefore, having a team who could keep you in a loop for reassurance would be a great way to make the client feel secured and confident throughout this process.
