Specifically reviewing Tom Reichenbach in Minneapolis. I had a great first experience buying a home despite some hiccups (not on the lender's part!). Tom patiently walked me through a lot of the process whenever I had noob questions, and even drove to Lowe's to buy a portable heater so we could meet the appraiser's request and close the deal. Dedication! ?? Highly recommend using Tom at NAF if you are looking to purchase a home in the Twin Cities. Appreciate the professional help and ultra-fast responses!

My wife and I recently bought a new home with funding from New American Funding. Buying a home is a stressful process, and we were lucky to have Mack Davidson as our Loan Consultant. He was straightforward and helpful every step of the way. He made us feel that it was as important to him that we got our home, as it was to us. He was available 24 hours a day, and right there to put out any little fires before they became issues. I can't thank Mack, Stephanie the Underwriter, and New American Funding enough. I will send anyone needing to refinance or wanting a mortgage to Mack Davidson and New American Funding. I encourage anyone starting this process to do their own research before selecting a Company to finance their dream like we did. I can guarantee though you won't find a better person than Mack to walk you through the entire process, or a Company better than New American Funding.

Everyone who helped me with my mortgage loan at NAF was phenomenal. From the first interaction to the last, I felt that someone was always there to truly help me. Communication was prompt, concise, all my questions were answered in a timely manner, and I was treated with respect. George Ashby was my loan officer. My credit wasn't great and I was overwhelmed with moving. George was very helpful and supportive. He answered all my questions and took care of my concerns.
