First of all New American - was very Fast- they closed my loan 3 weeks ahead of schedule - their fees were reasonable and their team works like a team. Jason Jones is up early and stays late, answered all my questions, and was in constant communication throughout. One of the best mortgage finance companies I've ever dealt with. The customer service is awesome and unlike some other companies these guys can't get done what most can't.
