I had an FHA loan that I neaded to change to conventional. I have refinanced before and it was not so easy. I thought about doing it anyway but I couldn't decide because of the long process. One morning I decided to go online and give it a shot. I applied through the new American website. The next day I got a phone call from Sammy Lopez. He was very courteous and clear from the beginning . He told me the steps and the documents I needed. He went over some preliminary numbers about my loan . I sent the documents he requested, with in less than three weeks my refinance was done. He was very attentive to the emails and phone calls. He checked on me with follow up calls. I highly recommend new American funding and specifically Sammy Lopez. Thank you so much.

If she feels the loan will not be approved then she will advise you to wait until your income of FICO score is better. She doesn’t waste your time. She is honest and truly cares about her customers. She always picks up the phone or calls me back immediately when I have a questions or need an update. I appreciate her time and how she is sensitive to my needs. I have bought a couple of house in my lifetime and never have I had the process go so smooth from start to finish. Sergio Balcazar and his folks made every effort to get things done in a timely and efficient manor.
