Our relatioonship with NAF started with a recommendation from a former emloyee of yours, Lee Levine, who told us that NAF was a good company with really good people who could help us get a loan to buy a home near our daughter. We met Andrew over the phone and he impressed us with his professionalism and confidence that NAF could help us reach our goal. We found we had a NAF team working for us for financing, insurance services and concierge service. All the prrsons we worked with made us feel our case was important, not just a file to process. Andrew and Lisa especially, kept in close contact answering our calls promptly, guiding us through reams of documents, working through the almost impossibly short 30 day escrow. They helped to solve timimg problems with escrow . They did a great job. We do thank them.

In past transactions I normally never hear from the loan officer after it is transfered to Cordelia. Christine stayed with me thru the entire process from day 1 to funding day. She is amazing, even when I went off the rails one day. She still stayed professional and kind.
