My first contact with New American Funding was guarded because its internet based and over the phone. My agent was Frank Bueno and he was genuine, professional and very communicative. There were times that we communicated multiple times during the course of a day either by phone or email. He was always there in minutes. I would highly recommend this team! They give you peace of mind right out of the gate. And a special shout out to Nikki Rosenfeld. She is a Senior Processor who worked closely with Frank and I to get the job done.

I had a great experience with New American Funding and working with Chris Choi in particular, from the initial point of contact through closing. Chris was very attentive and eager to not only answer all of my questions but made sure I understood the actions that were taking place and kept me fully inform on the steps that followed. Chris expedited the entire process in a very quick and professional manner. I can honestly say this has been one of the most free flowing and smooth loan process I’ve experienced to date.
