Arnold Chu, my loan consultant, & Liesa Sykes my processor were absolutely awesome to work with!! They were both quick to respond to my questions. Arnold is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to mortgage laws and FHA laws. They both treated me more like an old friend than a customer, which made the process easier. I will definitely recommend not only New American Funding, but Arnold specially.

Ethan made the experience GREAT, actually the GREATEST it could possibly be. He was initially so respectful and treated me with integrity as he got me familiar with all of the different options educating me along the way so I could make a good decision and be comfortable with it - and I had a lot of detailed questions. The staff was extremely helpful, they catered to our needs, they were very informative. When I hit a road block on getting specific documents they helped me tracked down the personnel responsible for providing the forms I needed in order to finalize the loan. They explained every question I had in regards to the loan. The overall process went smooth which made it easy with my busy schedule.
