Shane was amazing! Very kind and patient and knew just what to say to calm me down when things got a little crazy. Paul was also amazing and both of these people went above and beyond for us! It wasn't always the easiest experience bevause underwriting did a heart check on me a coulle couple times but Paul and Shane knew just what to do and I swear while one was working the other one was talking me off the ledge and calming me down, haha ??. I am so glad we had both of these people in our corner and I am so happy we went with this company
