They moved swiftly to gather, process and adjudicate the myrad documents necessary to make the loan. The law firm that conducted our closing said that New American is one of the best and most responsive lending institutions that they have dealt with. Our loan Proffesional was Stacey Urner in Poulsbo WA. She is amazing! Stacey's communication is fantastic, her problem solving skills are phenomenal and she told us what to expect next along the way. We initially contacted Stacey regarding a Oregon home loan, but we pivoted to Washington instead and Stacey was able to help in either state!! Do yourself a favor and contact Stacey Urner!
