The entire process was super smooth and that was possible because from the gecko Mr Cliff explained all of our possibilities, dos and don'ts and also sent us email updates of where we were in the process. As a first time home buyers we had seen a lot of negative experience for others on social media but for us it was a smooth 0 stress experience.
