Mr. Steve Gustafson was wonderful.. he made sure everything was reasonable for my debit ratio.. he made sure that I was getting everything to move forward.. Also Ms. Stephanie was also wonderful when my file was turn ed over to her to help Steve. She made sure everything was needed to get me to closing table all the way to the big day.. So im thankful for them both helping me, and giving me another chance at being a home owner again. The team was so much better then my first time at buying in 2016. Ryan was so helpful and made the process stress free and streamlined. He did an amazing job at keeping things moving forward, and keeping us updated with every step along the way.
