My loan agent was Byron and he did a fantastic job explaining my loan the process and what my budget was and should be when looking for a house and found me the best loan possible I Believe. He was easy to get ahold of and very knowledgeable when asked a question absolutely fantastic job. I couldn't have asked for a better agent I'd recommend this man 10 out of 5 stars if possible.

Alex Henslee was very professional and helped the wife and I with a cash out refi. He answered all our questions in a timely matter and worked around the clock to help us out with great communication. I definitely recommend him and new American funding on your next mortgage or refinance. I just recently completed my re-finance with New American, and I wanted to take a moment to thank and show my appreciation for the diligence and followthrough of the entire staff, in particular any principal contact, Jacqueline Bui. They were extremely helpful in making sure all of the steps were carried out properly during the process, and also in overcoming a couple of hurdles that we encountered. In the end, the transaction was completed in the time promised, and I'm extremely satisfied in my new loan. Thanks again to Jacqueline and the entire staff!
