My wife and I recently bought a new home with funding from New American Funding. Buying a home is a stressful process, and we were lucky to have Mack Davidson as our Loan Consultant. He was straightforward and helpful every step of the way. He made us feel that it was as important to him that we got our home, as it was to us. He was available 24 hours a day, and right there to put out any little fires before they became issues. I can't thank Mack, Stephanie the Underwriter, and New American Funding enough. I will send anyone needing to refinance or wanting a mortgage to Mack Davidson and New American Funding. I encourage anyone starting this process to do their own research before selecting a Company to finance their dream like we did. I can guarantee though you won't find a better person than Mack to walk you through the entire process, or a Company better than New American Funding.

Everyone who helped me with my mortgage loan at NAF was phenomenal. From the first interaction to the last, I felt that someone was always there to truly help me. Communication was prompt, concise, all my questions were answered in a timely manner, and I was treated with respect. Greg Luz is a fantastic Loan Officer btw and I’m glad I chose this lender over the other options I had.

Jay is on top of everything. He made sure that everything is smooth and successful of my loan. He is always there to support you all throught out the process. He responded to my question regularly even if he’s off or out of office. I highly recommend his service. Well done Jay and Godbless

George Ashby was my loan officer. My credit wasn't great and I was overwhelmed with moving. George was very helpful and supportive. He answered all my questions and took care of my concerns. The process went quickly and efficiently. New American funding is the best and I have recommended them to my friends.

Chris Boehm was awesome! Very responsive. Picked up the phone every time I called. Was able to close on a house in 2 weeks because of how prompt he and his team were.

Mandy is outstanding. Courteous, professional, detail oriented. She made what could be a difficult process very painless. Highly recommend her. I've been in sales for 30 years, these folks should be teaching a class on sales etiquette.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Bridgette on the transaction of our new home loan. I could always count on her to keep me up to date throughout the whole process. If I had a question about anything, Bridgette responded in a timely matter. She has helped me with previous loans and refinancing, and the experience has been exactly the same.
