New American funding has been the most. Honest and upfront companies I've ever dealt with! Very personable and honest lenders! I had checked with two other companies in the industry and found out that there rates and dealing with them ranged depending on credit scores! We were turned down for a home loan and I went searching online for a mortgage lender that would give us a FHA loan with a low credit score (less than 600) and New American Funding came up so I gave them a call. I spoke with their mortgage broker, Sergio Alvarez and he gave us hope. He was kind and patient with us, because we didn't even know how the loan process worked. He was with us every step of the way. I'm happy and excited to say that we now have our beautiful home! Thank you Sergio Alvarez and New American Funding!!!
