I have bought a couple of house in my lifetime and never have I had the process go so smooth from start to finish. Sergio Balcazar and his folks made every effort to get things done in a timely and efficient manor. Sergio Balcazar and his people at New American Funding where there to answer any questions and work their miracles with the paper work and putting things into terms we could understand if could give Sergio Balcazar a 10 out of 5 I would. If some one would have told me Sergio Balcazar could walk on water before all this I would have laughed them right out of the room but after all that Sergio Balcazar and his team have done today I would have to beleive that they could.
