I sent the documents he requested, with in less than three weeks my refinance was done. He was very attentive to the emails and phone calls. He checked on me with follow up calls. The person that would like to recognize at this time is Nancy Nehse. She is honest and fair when it comes to picking out a loan. If she feels the loan will not be approved then she will advise you to wait until your income of FICO score is better. She doesn’t waste your time. She is honest and truly cares about her customers. She always picks up the phone or calls me back immediately when I have a questions or need an update. I appreciate her time and how she is sensitive to my needs.
