Anthony has great communication skills and he is great at what he's doing. There is no endless small talk, not fooling around, not over promising. He is straight to the point, whilst keeping everything simple and easily understandable for me, who is not doing this on a regular basis and may not be 100% familiar with all the terms and processes. I'm usually lazy to type any comments, but I really wanted to emphasize Anthony and New American Funding as a company that I had a pleasure working with (and that is very, very rare nowadays...)

My first contact with New American Funding was guarded because its internet based and over the phone. My agent was Frank Bueno and he was genuine, professional and very communicative. There were times that we communicated multiple times during the course of a day either by phone or email. He was always there in minutes. I would highly recommend this team! They give you peace of mind right out of the gate. And a special shout out to Nikki Rosenfeld. She is a Senior Processor who worked closely with Frank and I to get the job done.
