Andrew Pasillas from New American Funding always had our best intentions in mind and was very transparent with every option that was available to us. He was also always available whenever we had any questions or concerns. Any time there was a complex situation he was able to explain it in a way we could always understand so we could make the best decision for us. I was going through the home buying process for the first time and had a lot of questions. Edwin Maranda helped me through the hole prosses. He answered all my questions and guided me of what's to come. We were being jerked around by other mortgage companies and was getting frustrated at the lack of communication. We found Jesse snd his level of commitment and response time was impeccable. He answered every question and scenario we had and was prompt with his replys. We were able to purchase a home with Jesse and it wouldn't of happened without his help.
