We had a unique situation where on a Friday afternoon we had to provide loan approval to make an offer Saturday and she worked quickly and provided us with what we needed the same day! First time homeowner. Everyone told me not to use an online company that I couldn't meet face to face. I did my research and kept circling back to this company. I was never let down. Mr. Gabriel Garcia was more than fantastic. He helped me from start to finish. He communicated, educated, and explored all options for me to be able to close my loan.
