Clear instructions in a friendly,professional manner. Moved through steps that Luis kept me in the loop where loan was at. Easy instructions on how to send my info. Would have liked a little communication from someone about email instructions in regards to the tax i.d. info. I was a little skeptical when i received those emails,and frustrated not getting a reply on how to because it kept sending the same steps and no reply to my q's. But everything else Luis was great,loan was smooth and Luis always got back to me.
