I have used New Amercan Funding twice . Both experiences have been great! I was impressed by the efforts they made to get me what I was looking for in a loan. Other Mortgage Companys I tried made claims to get you to try them and then attempt to get you into different financing that you do not want. New American Funding is straight forward. No BS! They let you know up front what can be done and answer any question honestly. Communication is great! They keep you informed and up to date on the progress of the loan throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The first time I tried to refinance my house I wasn't able to. The second time, I wanted it done as fast as possible before interest rates increased even more.
