Riley is an excellent communicator. He is very clear war about real estate-related items such as interest rates, required documentations, overall process, and so on. Riley its able to give advice or opinions beyond just financing and where he is legally allowed, like if certain properties could potentially cash flow or not. Riley is just willing to help when he can. He also alerted me when he heard that financial experts had a consensus that rates will go up right around the time that we were closing. That allowed me to lock the rates on time. Riley is very responsive. When I ask him to run numbers on a certain property, he responds in a timely manner.
