Great experience working with everyone in this company. My main lender, Mach Davidson was extremely helpful. Mach explained everything well, answered my many questions, call backs were prompt, loan closed quickly, and he looked out for me. Would recommend this company to friends and family.

This is the Second time that I have used New American Funding. Both experiences were fantastic, no pressure to purchase something I didn't want. Both times I contacted them for ReFi quotes and both times I was offered multiple options to choose from. Great people to deal with and the process was simple and only took about 45 days from initial contact to funding. If I every ReFi I will more than likely use them again. GREAT Company.

October 2018: Ray and New American Mortgage did an outstanding job for us. He was constantly in touch and updating us during the entire process. What I liked was , if we had any questions or concerns, he was on top of it. The entire process was smooth and we closed on time in 30 days as promised. Thank you for an awesome job! August 2019 Alvin Lee from New American Funding reached out to us to inform us of the new streamlined refi offers. Alvin took the initiative to call us and because he and Ray had closed our first loan, knew our loan. He explained the process, any costs involved, and if it would benefit us. Alvin is knowledgeable and a hard diligent worker. We were projected a 45 day refi close and it was done and funded in less than 30! Awesome job by Alvin and we are very happy with final loan. i had a great experience with new American funding. Buying a home is daunting and a rough road to travel. American funding did the driving, with me as a backseat driver, questioning all the way, the mom that annoys the driver every 10 mins. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Did a cash out refi and had a great experience with NAF. From our broker, Alex, to the underwriter, Tammy, to the supervisor, Adam, and even customer service rep, every single person we worked with was wonderful! Seems like a company they loved being a part of. This customer experience was remarkable!

We went through really bad transaction but the financing part of it was amazing. Werickson delivered on all his promises, he listened to our needs and provided great guidance. I'm definitely referring him to our friends.
