Riana was relentless on helping me acquire funding. She always kept contact and responded when i had a concern. Did not feel like i was customer but a friend. I have purchased many homes in my life, and have had to of course seek funding, but i assure you this was the most pleasant and easy experience ever. New Americans funding is very organized and responsibilities are delegated to different divisions. This gets the job done and fast. My loan officer was excellent. He researched a unique type of loan for which I qualified as a retired person. He went to bat for me when I ran into some difficulty with city ordinances, which as a result,. allowed my refinancing to go through. He was very positive and encouraging throughout the entire process. He gave useful advice and was very supportive and respectful. Without him, this refinancing might not have materialized.
