I just wanted to share my experience with my loan refinancing that I've done lately. Since I previously had a mortgage loan with NAF and found them very trustful, I called them first regarding the refinancing. I was very lucky to get Michael Li as a loan officer, who was with me all the time through the process and made it very easy for me. I was amazed at the dedication to the job he performed and constant attention to my needs and warries. Michael always took time to answer my questions and to connect me with the right processing specialists. I definitely can recommend Michael to everybody who would like to do refinancing with NAF.

Scott Rego helped me out with my refinance. Gave me a quote the first day i talked with him along with a list all of the documents I would need to provide to move forward. This made the process very easy especially knowing he and New American Funding were shaving 1% off of my 30 year mortgage rate. He was always quick to respond to text, email, or phone call. Highly recommended!
