Had an absolutely perfect and seamless experience with Todd Adelman and his Boulder team at New American Funding. They were so on top of it and never asked me for the same thing twice. With other brokers I have worked with I would repeatedly get asked for information or documentation that I had already provided. Not so with Todd and his team. They were so knowledgeable and courteous. Truly a joy to work with. Honestly I cannot recommend them enough they were SO GREAT. They made what could have been a stressful experience actually pleasant and totally pain free. You will be in the best hands if you go with them and I say that with the utmost confidence. We LOVED working with Todd and NAF. Oh, I should also add that the closing costs we had were some of the lowest out there. A bit less than $3k. My sis went with the builder's lender and they ended up paying almost $8k and had a horrible experience - they were totally disorganised and messed up their insurance. Definitely not the case with Todd and NAF. He always treated us respectfully and took the time to answer our questions and address our concerns thoughtfully and with great care.

New American Funding is a great company to either refi or buy a home! My agent was Patrick Alberson, and he worked very hard, and is very knowledgeable when it comes to financing! He helped me refi a couple of years ago, and just helped me buy a new house. He's a good communicator and always got back to me very quickly if he wasn't available when I called.
