New American Funding is the best!! I have used other mortgage companies in the past and know the difference. In particular, Todd Green was instrumental in making the experience run smoothly and efficiently!! He is aware of the possible hiccups and jumps in front of them in order to prevent difficulties. Ask for Todd!!! It was a no pressure experience with little or no duplication of requests. In addition to that, they're timely, I closed in less the 30 days. I would highly recommend them, they know their stuff!!!!!!
