Stephanie Sauvage was so wonderful to work with! She was exceptionally knowledgeable when it came to every question I asked her, and helped me to understand everything through the whole process. She made sure I understood all of my loan options and helped me to stay on top of all the signatures and paperwork that was needed. She practically held my hand through the entire process which was a huge comfort as this was my first time buying. I would highly recommend Stephanie without hestitation to anyone!

I was not expecting to be refinanced on my investment property, it's been reviewed by a couple of lenders until I was referred to Alfredo Arteaga at New American Funding. It was steady process and Alfredo guided me how to make my file strong with the right ratios, funds and explanations. When I have the closing disclosures, then i knew that it was going to close and that was a great experience and relief for me. I admire his professionalism, consistency and honesty.

We just completed a refi with Jenny cho with great American funding. We have worked with Jenny and this company for years. I love that they hold their loans. Jenny has always been a great communicator through the process. She keeps you informed of where you are in the process and is extremely efficient. I have had a great experience. I have financed and refinanced and at all times everybody was excellent. I have asked many questions through both processes and each time the staff have been absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed working with each person and the process was quick and easy both times.
