New American Funding is the best. They make everything easy, and have the best people to walk you through the whole process from search to closing. We worked with Peter Elliot and Jeanmarie Gonzales, and they were absolutely fantastic at what they do!

Thanks to Nancy and her team we are home owners. We were first time home buyers and have heard horror stories, especially with lenders. Nancy walked us through from start to finish! Because she requested all documents up front we were pre-approved (not just pre-qualified, which happened within minutes) within a matter of 24hrs and was able to make a quick offer on a beautiful renovated home that we now own! She quickly responded to any questions we had (and they were a ton) and even when everything was all said and done, she followed up to see how everything went after closing. Her and her team were on it, making sure everything was moving forward in a timely manner. In fact they were so on top of things, we could have closed 1 week earlier but had to stick with original closing date because of the attorneys not being complete on their end. They were easy to work with. All of the info they needed was simple to get and most of it was on my online accounts. They are based in California so they were 3 hours behind us so that made it a littler easier since they worked later. The entire team of people helping us were knowledgeable and followed up with us during the whole process.
