Rayan from the get-go was responsive, supportive and wonderful at explaining every step of the process and being sure I understood all aspects of the re-fi process. She was more than willing to be available at times outside typical business hours. My experience with Rayan was amazing-180 degrees different than the last re-fi through another financial institution where I was nagged, shamed, and made to feel like the bank was doing me a favor and I was lucky to get any service at all. When we bought our house it was through New American Funding with our Sr. Loan Consultant Ricky Miranda. We have been in our house for only 1 year and Ricky gave us a call in regards to a Streamline refinancing for a lower interest rate. The process was easy and we were able to lock in an EXCEPTIONALLY lower rate! We've looked for other lenders to refinance before Ricky reached out, but with Ricky Miranda's hard work ethic and great support we couldn't go anywhere else.
