Michael and his team are well organized and communicate very well. The whole loan process was quick considering the volume of refis in these pandemic times. This is my 3rd loan in 2 years amongst 2 properties. E-signing initial docs was easy. Uploading docs saves time. The only paper you'll touch will be the final docs with the notary.

Nathan and Antoinette both were consummate professionals. Even with my high strung, no filter attitude, Nathan kept his cool with me . One time in my life of very few, afterwards I’m excited and feel good about my transaction. The entire team worked very hard , I know, because I had some “blips” on my credit a few years back. Others could not help me at this time to refinance. Looking back at what the under writers expected of me, it was understandable and fair. Thanks again for helping my family in the midst this horrible economy.
