Rayan from the get-go was responsive, supportive and wonderful at explaining every step of the process and being sure I understood all aspects of the re-fi process. She was more than willing to be available at times outside typical business hours. My experience with Rayan was amazing-180 degrees different than the last re-fi through another financial institution where I was nagged, shamed, and made to feel like the bank was doing me a favor and I was lucky to get any service at all.
