River was great and the front end of the process was flawless. Couldn't be happier. Last few days before closing were a little dicey. Not sure where things broke down, but it seemed like getting the last few bits of information -- insurance binder , in particular -- were a case of everyone thinking everyone else was holding things up. I don't know who was responsible because I only do this every 10 years , not every day like the rest of the folks involoved. But I really appreciated River scrambling to get it done at the end. Thank you.
