I was able to refinance my house from beginning to end in 23 days. Everything except the final signing was done by phone or electronically. The personnel at New American Funding who I communicated with were helpful and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a mortgage or refinancing.

I don't really want to go into a long winded review but working with Steve and Chris was great. I was told one thing on day 1 and at the end of my journey everything worked out like they said it would. Every email/Text message I sent was responded to quickly with non evasive answers. Excellent service from the loan officer and especially the processor Diana Do. She worked tirelessly to get all the necessary documents to keep moving loan to close. Those documents were not an easy task. Thank you Diana, Benjamin Crouse, and NAF!

As a first time home buyer it can be very intimidating ,Doing the research about the process can cause so much stress. Thank to Mallory we threw that feeling out the door and she was great, at first I was not sure as she kept checking on us on how the home shopping was going, Could not understand why she called every week. Well we began to find thing we liked, so we began to ask for the pre approval letter she was so very fast at getting out pre approval letter, once we found the perfect place we got a little down as we did not think we could afford it as down payment and closing cost sounded very high, She thought us that it could be done and showed us how we can make this happen. We knew she was on our side and she was very attentive and very detail as she explain the underwriter part was coming and we wanted to be a step a head. She let us know all document needed and help us to make sure we had everything and if we missed something she showed us other options to present to make this transaction move forward. Mallory held our hand every step of the way from open to closing and made this happen. It still feel like a dream we thought we could not do it she made it happen. My wife and I could not be happier and feel so blessed. I am not one to do one of these, But the work dedication they put into it was amazing I have to let everyone know. I would give more stars if I could and would highly recomned this company, if you get Mallory as you loan office you blessed because she will do everything to close that deal.
