Gita was in contact with me the full way through and did an awesome job keeping me up to date on what needed done and when. I also love that it could be mostly handled through text since I can't take calls at work except when I'm on lunch, which would have made this process so much longer if I had to wait until lunch or after work to do anything. Gita was very polite and was able to answer all my questions and was great to work with.

Taylor and Nate absolutely SLAYED. We have had mortgage transactions experiences in the past truly give gas station vibes in comparison. Taylor listened to our needs and delivered. Nate stepped in and answered our questions quickly, and clearly. Not to be dramatic, but in the year of the Barbie movie, we must give women credit where it’s due, and Taylor is DUE. I dealt with Michael Zwerling with New American Funding in the pursue of a reverse mortgage. I have nothing but the best to say in the manner that Michael handled the process. H was not only very professional in his advice, but he was always very cordial and available when advice was needed.
