Joe Morris at New American Funding, is the BEST loan person I have dealt with over the past 40+ years of purchases & re-finances. He is quick to respond to emails and phone calls (usually within a few minutes) and answered any questions that I have regarding the loan/re-finance. The process was was fast, easy and trouble free. Brandon Khemmoro explained to us several options and exactly what to expect. Several friends had financed other places and complained the process took months, we were closed in about 6 weeks from start to finish.
